Sebring Elementary Students Host Grandparents for Special Luncheon
Students at B.L. Miller Elementary School in Sebring welcomed special guests, including grandparents and other loved ones, for the school’s annual Grandparents Luncheon last week.
More than 240 grandparents made their way through the cafeteria line with their students and enjoyed lunch together, filling the elementary cafeteria.
“We’re so thankful for a wonderful turn out and would like to thank everyone who came to support our students,” says Nichole Hanley, B.L. Miller principal. “Many grandparents say it brings back a nostalgic feeling by being served a cafeteria lunch, and it was really special to see them enjoy their time with their grandchildren.”
